Call me Fattan
"Navigating the Digital World,
One Step at a Time"
My interest in cybersecurity started young — watching action films where technology was the weapon, the key, and the solution. That curiosity led me to Computer Science in high school and eventually across the world to UWE Bristol, where I've spent three years turning that excitement into real skills.
Originally from Jakarta, Indonesia, studying abroad was the best decision I ever made. It taught me resilience, independence, and the courage to face discomfort — lessons no classroom could fully teach.
To me, cybersecurity is both protection and exploration — defending what matters, understanding how things break, and staying curious in a world that never stops changing.
I'm not just building a career. I'm building a life with no borders.
Final year dissertation investigating deepfake technology through a cybersecurity lens — exploring AI-generated synthetic media, detection methodologies, forensic implications, and the evolving threat landscape surrounding manipulated digital content.
Practical digital investigation covering evidence acquisition, chain of custody procedures, and forensic analysis of compromised systems and storage media using industry-standard forensic toolkits.
Secure Computer Network Assessment, Designing a USB Rubber Ducky with a Pico Pi containing a payload
A cybersecurity awareness platform dedicated to simplifying complex security concepts for everyday people. We share practical tips, threat awareness, and educational content to help the public understand and navigate the digital world more safely.
I'm open to graduate opportunities, internships, and conversations with people building interesting things — in the UK and beyond. Jakarta → Bristol → The World.
